Re: Prefix in reports

Here is a H17 file which does recognize as nobiliary particles : am, an, auf, auf der, aus der, d’, de, im, of, ‘t, van, van den, van der, van ‘t, von, von der, von und zu, zu, zum, zur (all in low case) a part.hmw.zip - Open it - Import your own heredis file - suppress the individual "Ernst DUMMY"...

Features/Suggestions Roadmap

Is there a new features/suggestions roadmap anywhwere, where we can see which features and/or suggestions are being worked on? And perhaps where people can vote on which features/suggestions they would like to see available first? If seen it with other software before, I'm wondering if you have some...

Multiple comma's in Places in gedcom exports and reports

Whenever I export a Gedcom or create a report, the place names that don't have everything filled in have multiple comma's. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Or is it a error within the software? It seems that with an export or a report the software should know that there's no data and shou...

Heredis & TNG

Does anyone use TNG (The Next Generation of Genealogy Suitbuilding) to display their family tree on a personal website?
I'm wondering if anybody else is running into any problems when uploading a gedcom. (I'm using Heredis 2017 btw).

The only easy way would be to make the change when the report is opened with your text editor …
That's what I do now but I know, once I input more data I'll have more of such incidents and there's no way I'll remember to change that for each person each time I create a new report :/

Make Heredis Online Mobie Friendly

I've been testing out Heredis online and it's definitely not mobile friendly. On desktop it works okay, but once I'm on my phone it's a real hassle to check things and look things up. When I try to change the size the whole thing gets messed up. And when I turn my phone for a wider view it gets even...

Spouse/Unknown Marital Status

One of the people in my family tree was raised by his mother and his father was never in the picture (he carries his mother's last name officially as well). I do however know who his father is and have added his father to the tree, when doing that, it also automatically linked the father to his moth...

Forget what I just said …
I wrongly thought you are using a Mac ! ! !

I'll come back for PC
Haha, no worries, I actually had tried that as well and it didn't work. I'm thinking of possibly upgrading to 2018 as well, any idea if it'll work there on PC?

Re: Publishing My Tree Directly to Personal Website

A +1 from me for adding Heredis to a personal website. Or to have Heredis be compatible with software such as TNG, cause from what I understand there's a workaround needed to make a Heredis Gedcom file compatible with the TNG software. I would definitely be interested if Heredis on a personal websit...
