As you could have noticed the french versions of Heredis 2018 for Mac as well as for PC are now saling ... it is then to be expected that the English versions will be available without much delay
Perhaps should you consider waiting a couple of weeks for this latest version ?

Are you sure that this offer concerns Heredis 2017 ? Isn't it for H2018 ?
H2017 is not sold any longer
If H2018 you can use this offer to upgrade from H2017 ...

Could you try this once His launched ans appears in the Windows task bar :
- right-click on the Heredis button in the task bar
- right-click on the Heredis name
- choose "Properties"
- select "full window" (or something like that) for "Execute"

Sorry, I missed that you are using an older version than 2017 ... You would the have to go inside the directory "myfilename.hmw" and : - change the type of the file "myfilename.heredis" to "myfilename.heredisold" - and change the type of the file "myfilename.bak" to "myfilename.heredis" Then go ... ...
