Publishing more than one tree

Post by richardcass » Sat Nov 24, 2018 12:35 am

How can I publish more than ome family tree?

I want to publish trees with different ancestors as the root, so that I can send links to different people relevant to that root person. I want to have different descriptions and passwords for each file.

Currently, if I change the root person and go to publish (using the drop-down Heredis Online button | Publish ... button), it just overwrites the existing data.

Running 18.4 Windows

Thanks for that suggestion Mike. I have tried that and it does work. However, it is a clunky way to solve what should be incorporated into the programme.
The fact that the drop down menu has elipses after Publish should mean that there is a selection/configuration option - which there isn't.

I will make a suggestion to Heredis (I realise that apart from a handful of people, this forum is a bit sleepy).

Thanks again.
