I can not see my tree online

I have registered successfully in Heredis Online and I have also uploaded my tree.
I can log in without problem in the site (Heredis Online) and in its initial page I can see under "publications" my uploaded file.
The problem begins when I try to visit my website; it seems that is connected to my site, appears a sign informing "loading" which never ends and finally nothing is showing!
What am I doing wrong?

Your problem is due to greek characters in your genealogy.

If you agree, please send us your genealogy by private message we will try to find a solution.

First compress the folder(for exemple MyGenealogy.hmw) containing your genealogy and join it to the private message.
