Manage my Account / Heredis online-Problems

Hi

I tried to create a heredis online - account several times with different email-accounts.
Every time i did it I revieved an email that I got a mail from Heredis with instructions to activate my account.
But I never received a mail - nether on the first nor on the second account.
And no...it's not in the spam ;)
Did anyone had the same problems and how can I manage it?

I manually validated your HeredisOnLine account ... tell me if the problem is still there.

I have exactly the same issue when I try and login to Heredis Online.

How can I get my account activated?

I too have requested an online account - but have not received an email with the instructions required to activate my account. If I try to login to the Heredis online, I get the following message "This account is not activated yet. You should have received an email with instructions on how to activate your Heredis account." How do I get the instructions for activating my account?

Similar to others, I also got the same reply, "I too have requested an online account - but have not received an email with the instructions required to activate my account. Have tried logging in again to Heredis Online using the following:
keithrbuk and keith.benzing@btinternet.com with the password %2RamaSes3 and got the following message so still can't login:
No matching username and password was found. Please check the username and password and try again!
