My Heredis file has disappeared

I received your reply but it does not fix my issue. I have downloaded the link but it has nowhere to enter the key. I also downloaded the free software for Heredis 2018 but the key does not work there either. I am very frustrated and fell like there should be an easier way.

Please help me retrieve my family tree that I have spent so many hours working on.
