Good Morning...

I am attempting to Print a Family Group Sheet for someone and have noticed that in the Windows Version, the Family Group Sheet does not have a detailed option that allows for a 'Time Line' to be added to the sheet, where the Mac version does... Am I missing something?

That is indeed one of the differences between the Windows and the Mac version.
However we are working towards bridging the gap between these platforms in our future releases.
