Unable to download Heredis 2015

In May 2015 I purchased Heredis for downloading. I was unable to do it within the allotted week. I have tried several times since but receive the notice that the time has expired. How do I get tech support to enable the download? wbs

I have finally been successful in downloading Heredis. It took several tries. Twice I thought it had been downloaded, but I couldn't find it. The problem was that it was filed under the name "BSD Concept" rather than Heredis. id est, a word to the unwise.
