Hi,
I confirm that this is a Windows 7 issue as it happens with other softwares as well and Heredis 15 merely calls upon Windows pop up menu features which are solely handled by Windows 7.
First close Heredis 2015 if it is opened, then follow these steps :
1. Open the Start menu
2. Right-click Computer
3. Choose “Properties” from the context menu
4. In the left panel, click “Advanced system settings”
5. In the Performance section, click the “Settings” button
6. The dialog box shown in the figure below will open : make sure the “Visual Effects” tab is selected
8. Remove all ticks except for these three ones : Fade or slide menus into view, Fade or slide ToolTips into view and Fade out menu items after clicking
9. Click “OK” and “OK”
Relaunch Heredis 2015 and check if the issue still occurs ....
To go back to Heredis 14, you export a Gedcom fille from Heredis 15 (tick media and create folder for media boxing during Gedcom export), and open it with Heredis 14.
Your login now allow you to access all Heredis services.
