I have printed out and read pages 103-105 of help. I have tried several times to do a Gedcom. Every time I do it, it says the file is empty. How are you supposed to "mark" the people that you want to export? I have seen on UTube films about other things on Heredis in English. Why don't you put a film up there on how to do a gedcom for export and one for import in English. This help book is very unhelpful for someone who is not really computer literate. You need more concise directions for someone like me.
I am beginning to regret purchasing this item. If you want people in the US to purchase your products, you should have better HELP for them.
What else do I have to do to either "mark" or get my people into the GEDCOM.

- You choose to "Export Marked Persons Only" : have you marked some persons ?
- You choose to export a "Branch / Descendants / 6 generations" : is it really only that you want to export (in case they would be marked) ?
- You choose to "Include Submitter Address" : if so you should give your address infos

How do you "mark" the persons that I want to include in the Gedcom? There aren't any instructions to "mark" people????
