I had scanned some original documents and unable to upload to my Heredis file under the individual. One of the files is 12,000kb - is there a size limit? And if so, what is it? Thank you!

Hi,

The maximum resolution is around 5000x5000 due to memory constraints.
You can always keep the original scanned pictures with very high resolution but for Heredis you will have to make copies to be resized around 4000x4000 for optimal usage .
