[FIXED]Heredis program terminating unexpectedly

When I am trying to merge to person I got this message.
It are in French (?) in my english Herdis (!). Hvat does this massage say and what is wrong. How kan I fix it?

When I clik OK the program terminate og nothing is done. I had to start Heredis all over again. Can you translate the message to english for me? I dont read french.

Message: "An anomaly has occurred, this file must be closed. Click OK to close the file".
Can you please reset the Heredis preferences in both devices, by restarting Heredis while holding down Ctrl until you see a message inviting you to reset your preferences, release CTRL and click on Yes.

Now I have done the Reset but noe change. I get the same massage, and the program teminates.
