[Fixed] Can not sync

I installed Heredis on my iMac, imported a Gedcom into a new file, then installed Heredis on my Macbook Air and successfully sync the two. Today I made additions to the file on the Macbook and I've been trying to sync the Macbook with the iMac. When I click Sync on the Macbook and select the iMac, the Macbook just sits there waiting for items to sync. I have tried several different ways with the file open, closed on the iMac and with Heredis running and not. I've been at it for about 4 hours now and I usually wait 30-35 minutes before giving up. I could use some help.

I was able to sync with my iPad, but not iMac, so I rebooted everything and I was able to sync the iMac and Macbook.
