GEDCOM place import errors

I imported my data into Heredis and found that for all events which occurred in Trenton Twp, Old Hunterdon, NJ, USA the resulting import yielded the correct state and country, but insisted on placing the town and county in the Subdivision entry. The same for Maidenhead, Old Hunterdon, NJ, USA, where the town and county were incorrectly placed in the Subdivision entry. I checked the raw GEDCOM file with a text editor and all place data was as it should be.

Is this a known bug/artifact?
