[Noted] Customizing an event label

Post by crochelle » Wed Jul 04, 2012 5:13 pm

I created a label titled "Obituary" from the Death label. The problem, the Obituary doesn't fall into date sequence correctly. The burial was March 18, 1924, the "after" obituary was printed March 29.

In this case, instead of renaming a Death event type, it would be best to use a "Postmortem Event" ...

Me again, I changed the event to PostMortem, still didn't fall into order...

However, when I created a customize label from "event misc" that worked.

I guess I was making the process more difficult than it had to...
