Problem with Familysearch

Hi
I am using the new Familysearch feature quite a lot. it's very helpful.

But sometimes, the system does not give any answer and keeps on searching showing a blinking circle for ever. How can I stop this ? The only workaround i found was to close heredis but it is rather annoying as you loose your work. How can I do a clean "stop and close" of Familysearch .

Can you try to reset your preferences, by restarting Heredis while holding down CTRL until you see a message inviting you to reset your preferences, release CTRL and click on Yes.
After that please delete the cookies from your browser.
