Invalid License?

Hello, I just purchased this product and am unable to activate. I receive a message that states "Invalid License Number" Please Retry.

We just sent your "Heredis 2018 for Mac" license again to your registered email adresse.
Please check also in your spam folder.

I get the same message and I saved my license from when I bough my subscription. I can't access my tree on my computer and I have dowloaded the free version of 2018. Please help me restore my tree!
