Sync problem with Windows 2014 version

After updating to the Windows 2014 version of Heredis, I can no longer Sync with my IOS version. I have the most recent IOS version from the App Store. What should I do. When attempting to Sync, it finds the device, but cannot find the file. It gives me a message that the device is not accessible.

I can't get a screen shot. Here is what happens.

When I try to sync from the IOS to my PC, I can select the PC. I get the message "Please accept on PC", but then nothing more after several minutes.

When I try to sync from the PC to the IPad, I select the IPad. First I see the message, "Waiting for items to compare". After a minute or so, I see this message: "The selected device does not appear to be accessible. Click the link below to learn more."

I have looked at the link, but it does not give me any information to solve my problem

I updated my laptop to Windows 10 and I have the same issue. Has anybody ever found a resolution to this problem?

While I do not have an answer to your question BILLDOG, perhaps there is an answer to Paul W and reesjel's problem.

There was a similar question of the 2015 list. The solution was to reinstall Bonjour software that handles the transfer. The Apple support page for the software is https://www.apple.com/support/bonjour/

Hi,

There are a couple of things to check :

1.Go to Applications, trash Heredis 2014.app and empty the bin.
2.If you bought Heredis 2014 on our website, then download it here :

3.Reinstall Heredis 2014
4.Reinstall Bonjour from here : https://support.apple.com/kb/DL999?view ... cale=en_GB
5. Make sure that your antivirus/firewall allows the connexion between your pc and your apple device

On your Ipad :
1.Delete the Heredis app
2.Turn off your Ipad completely and restart it
3.Reinstall Heredis IOS

Now try to create a new genealogy on your pc and sync it to your IOS,
do it from the Ipad too

Does it work ?
