Would you please advise the status of the upgrade for the Windows 7 environment. I have now purchased the package over a week ago and currently have been unable to use it effectively.

3) Launch Heredis - DONE
4) Sync => Message Bonjour not installed
5) Clic on the link, download the application and install it - DONE
6) Quit Heredis - DONE
7) Restart your system - DONE

Launch Heredis/Sync on your PC and Heredis on your iDevice => Is it now OK for you ? - DONE - DID NOT FIND BONJOUR - THE EXERCISE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.

Is the Heredis Team actually working on this issue or is it just down to me to try the 'good ideas' that are suggested?

You have a syncing problem and I try to help you to find a solution.

Do you have a firewall activated on your PC (check Windows firewall and also your antivirus)? If so please turn it off and try a new synchronization.

- I tried the other way you suggested to reinstall Bonjour: - still Bonjour problems
- I disabled my firewall as you suggested: - still Bonjour problems
