Publish won't complete the process

Post by charless8 » Sat Feb 22, 2014 8:10 am

I have tried several times to publish my family file on the Heredis site. The process starts and then returns an error message "Error FtpOpenFile". I have tried shutting down all other open applications and virus protection before trying to run the publishing process. Still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

Have you tried to turn off for a short time your fire-wall (not the virus protection)
Cordialement.

I have tried turning off the windows firewall and turning off the virus protection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have tried running the program as administrator. Nothing seems to make a difference. The program runs fine except for this part. I'm out of ideas.

This sounds very much like the issue I'm having - did it get resolved for you?
