1) You have to log in with your user account and then run the reg file I sent you. Was it that way that you run it ?

2) Did you install Heredis using default settings or have you changed something ?

I was logged in with my user account. AND upon installation of anything (and of course upon changing something in the registry) I was asked to provide the admin password which I did.

I used the default settings, was not offered any option anyway.

When you run Heredis installation program, you can change the destination folder for the application and choose other location (just after you have accepted license contract).

Oh yes indeed, sorry, I forgot. I did change the destination folder.
Afterwards - as the software was not starting and it took me a while to understand that I can start it as an admin - I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times - using the default settings, also after rebooting the laptop. I have also uninstalled Bonjour which was installed as part of the process.

Hi Veronique, is there any fast option to get this sorted like a contact for customer service? It would be great if I could use the software I purchased ;)

Try this way please :
Log in with your user account then
1) right clic on installation program InstallHeedis2014.exe
2) select Executer en tant qu'administrateur
You will be prompt to enter administrator password then launch installation

That is my issue precisely ... I CAN run it as an admin but not as a normal user. I WANT to run it as a normal user and would like to find a way to do so.
