Illustrated Books

Post by chrislnz » Sat Nov 03, 2012 2:54 am

I have been trying a demo of the software and using the sample data provided as my own gedcom file has several thousand people in it.
I quite like the format but there are phrases used that I would rather not have - how do I edit them in Heredis?
I realise that I can edit the word document but would prefer to have some settings permanent...

Try perhaps autocorrect options in Word ( click on the following link to have an overview http://wordprocessing.about.com/od/micr ... rect07.htm)

Thanks for the reply veronique but as I said I knew I could do it in word - but that means another step with the possibility of missing somethings. What I would like is to be able to edit the defaults that are produced by heredis :)
