I purchased my Heredis software on 2102/11/29 (less than 1 week ago). I purchased the PC version. Unfortunately, I have had a system crash and ended up replacing my old, old laptop with a Mac. I am trying to find out if (since it has been less than a week since purchase of the software) if I can switch my purchase (i.e. will my registration key for the PC version work, if I download the MAC version)? I would really hate to have to pay for the software twice in less than a week simply because of a computer crash that resulted in purchasing a new system with a different operating system. I have been unable to find any other way to contact Heredis regarding this situation. I hope somebody can give me the information I need. Thank you.
