Heredis.com

I'm trying to enter the birth date 28 February 1905 to a person, but I get the warning "invalid date". It is however the date that is noted as the birth date in my documents.

Why am I getting the the warning? How can I enter the date properly? I also tried writing 28021905, 28-02-1905, 1905-02-28, 19050228, February 28, 1905, 28.02.1905 etc.

Bascially every which way I can think of how to write it, but it keeps giving the warning.

It does however accept either 1905 or February 1905 as a date, but but any number in front (not just 28) and it'll give a warning.

I just started editing my first person in Heredis and I already can't enter his birth date

Try entering : 2 28 1905
Check your Heredis preferences / Default Date format => I presume you have Month Day Year selected

thanks for the reply. This works. I had already changed the preferences, but forgot to restart the program, that's where I went wrong.
