Hello,
A question I have for a long time, H2021 might have the solution but the costumer service stay mute on it. Then, how to detect non-related groups in a tree, that are several connected people independent of the main tree. In previous version, research allows to detect isolated individuals, but 2 isolated connected people do not show up. Is H2021 smarter on this subject ? Thanks for your help (if costumer service sees this message, its response is welcome also).

Hi,

I have just made a test in Heredis 2021 and it seems to work in the way you mention. The search for isolated persons only returns persons without any link, which is I guess what the developers had in mind. There is still not feature to search for "isolated families" or "isolated groups". At least I could not find it.

Hi, Could you please explain to me how you search for isolated persons as I am unable to find this option?

Kind Regards

Lincsman

Yes, you have to go to Smart Search, and under the criteria, select "Relations" and pick "Isolated person" as value from the list. I have attached a screenshot.

Too bad for isolated groups, although it does not seem a difficult problem (sort piles of related persons); and Heredis still mute, are they interested in their clients ?

I think it's reasonable!
Have you tried the word unscrambler game yet?
If not, give it a try
It's so good and fun :D
