I have noticed that, when creating a Family Group Sheet or Person Sheet, the Place style settings for Events never change to reflect my choice. I want that style to show City (County, State/Province, Country) but what I get is just City (County) so that the State and Country do not show at all. Can this be fixed somehow?
Thank you,
Kathy

Re: Place Style settings
Does anyone use historically accurate place names? I have all of my events in Reunion located to the name of place at the time of the event, but importing into Heredis was problematic.
For example for Hüde, I have it as
Amt. Damme, Grand Duchy of Oldenburg [now Germany]
Amt. Damme, l’Ems-Supérieur (Hanseatic département; “Ober-Ems”), First French Empire [now Germany]
and Amt. Damme, Prince-Bishopric of Münster, Holy Roman Empire [now Germany]
Depending on the time of the event all in the same place. Heredis imported all non-standard places (nearly all of my places--pre-modern Europe, Colonial US, and USA with place changes) into the "place subdivisions" so they don't even show up in the place index.
Is there a way to manipulate it in the import (I've tried it both as "Automatically Identify Places" and as "Select Appropriate Place Elements") or after the fact without doing one by one per individual's events?
