Heredis for IOS in the Italian AppStore

Hello everyone,,

I am unable to buy Heredis for IOS in the Italian Store.
The store says it is not yet available in the Italian Store.
Is there any way I can buy it?https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps

I think that if you were temporarily to change to say the French App Store you could purchase it but not sure what language it would be in.
