US state abbreviations

In the United States our states have agreed upon abbreviations, for example, Vermont is VT. Heredis doesn't seem to know this. It takes the abbreviation which I would write in such as VT and then turns it into Vt. This is very annoying. Please correct in future upgrades. Thank you

Might be best to just spell out "Vermont" to avoid confusion for readers who don't know our abbreviations.
