Bulk Change "No Search Record" to "Search Record"
Bulk Change "No Search Record" to "Search Record"
When I look at the Detail tab of a person's record, some are marked as "No Search Record" and some are "Search Record".
Is there a way of changing all of the current settings from "No Search Record" to "Search Record" other than manually?
Previously it could be done by using "File/Prepare for/Heredis Mac" and opening the resulting file with an SQL Management software tool.
This feature doesn't seem available under Heredis 2017.
Does anybody have any ideas please?
Alternatively, is there a way of identifying all "No Search Records" to change them manually (this would be a terrible shortcoming with the software if this is the only way of doing this).
Thanks

Re: Bulk Change "No Search Record" to "Search Record"
Thanks for the quick response.
I've opened the file but can't find the field to update as everything seems to be in French. Are you able to let me know which db table and which field within that table I need to update please?
Thanks v much.

Re: Bulk Change "No Search Record" to "Search Record"
Found it!
In case anybody else wants to do this, the field was in a db table called EVENEMENTS and the field is RECHERCHERACT and it was changed from 0 to 1.
Hope this helps.

Not too sure how the last comment helps but at least it’s fixed now.
