Error message when viewing Media

I keep getting the following error message when trying to view Media files (jpg). I think it is when the files are loaded from clipboard....

Any ideas?

Sorry ... I droped part of I wanted to write !

Is it the case ? Do you use to paste images in Notes ?

Should have said....
This is on my main notebook which is running Heredis 2017 on windows 10.
I have noticed tho, that some of the media pics on my iPad show the thumbnail, but won’t show the pic full size. This might be related, although the problem on my notebook can only be fixed by closing down Heredis.

I think I might have found the problem.....
This error message occurs when trying to view a picture file (jpg) which has been pasted from the clipboard. Heredis accepts the picture file, and displays it ok, but as soon as you try to open it to view it, Heredis locks up with the error message. The only way to clear the message is to force close Heredis through Task Manager.

Not sure how to resolve it, except not to use the clipboard facility

I get this error too.

It happens when I paste some text into the notes section of a personal event, not every time though which makes it a little more annoying.

The worrying thing is the time between you reporting it and me logging it in January 2019!

Perhaps "Support" and "Development" are words unknown to Heredis.
