[Fixed] List Index Out of Bounds (3)

I have just upgraded from 2014 to 2015 on Windows 7. I cannot launch the new app gettin a Heredis message List Index Out of Bounds (3). I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with no success. Any ideas?

Hi,

Try opening Heredis while holdin the Ctrl key, release it when you a pop up window about resetting preferences and click on yes.

Do you still get the 'list index out of bounds " error message ?

Thank you SO much, this fix has worked and Heredis 2015 has launched. I am so happy!

Got the same problem for the new 2018 edition.
Unfortunately it didn't work for me.
The pop up window appeared. After clicking "Yes" it starts for a couple of seconds to load and when it reaches 100%, again the same message appears...
Would really appreciate your help!!
